Converting Original DVD X Cpy

I started out backing up my dvds using plain old dvd x copy which split the dvd across 2 disks. Is there a way to combine those disks to 1 dvd?

It would be much easier to just rip the original with DVD Shrink otherwise you're going to have to put both discs on your HD and the use another program to merge them. Pretty much a waste of time unless you really like doing things the long way.
