Disc error backing up Odin sphere please help!

Hey there, im trying to back up my copy of odin sphere, and everytime it gets to 37% it starts reporting the disc errors one after another and i cant burn the entire disc image. ive tried using imgburn, alcohol 120 and nero. same thing keeps happening. also ive tried cleaning the disc and doing a disccheck with cdcheck and it says "error win32 F:/disc.cvm" .There arent any large scratches or anything on the disc that would cause this that i can see.

anyideas?? what method and programs did you use to make your back up copy of odin sphere??

Bump... Can anyone offer me any suggestions with help on the read process when backing up this disc? anys other programs i can try or do i have a bad disc?? thanks!

You may have a bad disc.Are you able to try the disc in another drive to see if its the disc or the drive giving you problems.

actually i backed up a differnt game just before odin sphere and the drive worked perfect like always. im gonna have to try and exchange the game or something. when there is a read error on the read cycle is that what normally happens if its a bad disc? thanks again!!
