CWcheat for 3.71 M33-2 (FAT) help

How do i install the latest version of CwCheat on my psp? i'm trying to hold down select while im in final fantasy tactics, but it doesnt wanna come up. I don't know if i installed Cwcheat in right, can someone help?

First things first-

Is the plugin enabled?

If you don't know, hold R when you turn your PSP on and it will enter recovery mode.

Go to Plugins and push X.

Make sure that cwcheat.prx and cwcheatpops.prx say (enabled) next to their name. If they don't, highlight them and push X so that they do.

Click on Back and the on Exit.

Try holding select again in game and hope that it works.

If that's not the problem, then I'll try to help you through the installation process.

cwcheat.prx
cwcheatpops.prx
cwcheat150.prx

they are all enabled.

did you also add the folder for the cheats?

PSP(+[phat]%): 2.60 OFW-> PB-> 1.50-> 3.03 OE-C-> 3.40 OE-A

Okay, I just installed the newest version to put us on the same page and it worked for me.

From the download, there should have been a folder called MS_ROOT_371.

Open this folder up and copy seplugins into the root of your memory stick, choosing to overwrite everything except for the .txt files.

After this, try again. If that doesn't work, go ahead and say so and I'll continue to experiment.

i wasnt suppost to copy the .txt files to the psp?

(game150.txt)
(pops.txt)

No, you were. I just didn't want to overwrite them if you had other plugins. Sorry for the confusion.

Try going to advanced configuration, then click on advanced and disable everything in there.

If that doesn't work, then make sure you hold the select button down for a long time--it's not just a few seconds some of the time.

If that doesn't work, then makes sure that your select button works. The easiest way to do this is that while at the PSP XMB, push select and an M33 menu should pop up.

Try a different download then. That's about all I can think it would be at this point.
