Previously i got a download speed of 10 - 40kbps, but now it's just 2.2kb/s with rare peaks of 10kb/s. Read up some forums with the port forwarding thingy but didn't understand them one bit. Help is appreciated as soon as possible, thank you all :)
You need to clear up the connection error before you will see decent speeds.
Do you have a router? If so, check Fishbowler's Port Forwarding.
Select your make and then model and it will give a link to a guide specific to your router and Azureus (which BitTyrant bascially is with adjustments).
You also need to make an exception for BitTyrant (or its port) in your software firewall.
There are some guides at Portforward.com Firewalls.
If yours is listed, after you select it, you will be taken to a screen to choose your program. Choose Azureus.
If yours is not listed, you could check your firewall help file or post back make and version and I will see if I can find a guide.
