I'm getting just under 5kbps in Azureus, while dl any torrent, under any encryption method. Tried everything, can't forward port because my IPS has no 'public adress' or something, so i can forget about that.
My router is SmartAX MT882, but since i can't forward it, this info is useless i guess. I'm using WinXpSP2, azureus 3.0.42 (the last stable version), and.. that's it. It's like my dl is capped. How can i work around this?
