Installed Xecuter3 and it boots but nothing happens HELP

OK, I just got an Xbox off eBay and I installed an Xecuter3 mod chip. My board is v1.6. I can go to my TV and power on the the chip and I get a blue light on the Xecuter3 front switch but nothing appears on the TV. I can then power if off and then press and hold the power button and then the Xecuter3 front panel will then be RED. The unit will then boot to the M$ Dash. I can then power it off and then press and hold the "Eject AND Power Button" and then the Xecuter3 front panel will have a "Clear White" option which is for the 256 Backup.

The important thing here is that the when the chip is enabled (it's blue) or when I'm in the backup (clear/white) I get no video on the screen. Is this correct? What do I need to do to get this to work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
