where the game folder is make a new folder called game150
this is where all homebrew apps will go because its running of the 150 kernel only

you can make a game352 as well and anything in there will be run by the 352 kernel

the game folder can be configured so that it runs with the 150 or 352 kernel but its easier to put them in game150 or game352

that should fix your problem 0_<

put your eboot into a folder with the game name and put in GAME

for example:
PSP\GAME\TEAMBUDDIES\EBOOT.PBP

my magical psp journey thing:
slim (+[__]%): 3.60 > 3.71 > 3.73 > 3.80 > 3.71m33-2 > 3.71m33-4 > 3.80m33 > 3.80m33-5 > 3.90m33-2

you are not supposed to actually see it on the psp itself only when you connect your psp

the folder should be i caps like so GAME150, drag the emulators to that folder.... the emulator should be under games in ur psp

if it does;'n work work go to recovery and change configuration to 1.50 kernel

it should work
