Hi all, im new to this forum so please be gentle with me. I bought a webcam last year and it has been working fine until last week when i got the message saying i didnt have a webcam installed on my laptop. I put the disk back in and installed it again, still not working, the mic is but i cant get a picture. When i go to use the webcam my PC said no webcam is installed. Do i need to up date the drivers? If so can any one tell me how to get this free.

Hi sorry to put in wrong forum. No there is no exclamation mark in device manager. Can you show me how to get to the correct forum for this, sorry again.
