Dual Booting on a PC (OS X & XP)

Right now I have Windows XP Pro installed on my built computer. I saw that installing OS X on a PC is possible. I was just wondering if I could have both XP and OS X on two different HDDs bootable. Here's my computer if that helps:

-Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Conroe 2.4GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor Model BX80557E6600

-GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3 LGA 775 Intel P965 Express ATX Intel Motherboard

-G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 533 (PC2 4200) Dual Channel Kit System Memory Model F2-4200PHU2-2GBNT

-2 DVD/CD drives and 5 different HDDs (ATAs & SATAs).
