Nokia E65 voice tags help

I have just bought a Nokia E65 and so far so good however I cant seem to set the contacts voice tags. I have read all the other Forums out there and followed all the instructions they gave but when I go into the contacts options there is no voice tag associated withany contacts even with both first and last names and with a nickname. Anybod know a way round this?
