need help! Burning DVD movies to play on ps2?

Ok I looked and can't find anything on this maybe i'm missing it, but I'm a noob to this and want to burn some dvds (I believe they are dvd's anyways to be able to play them on my ps2) I have a list of files such as follows.

VIDEO_TS/VIDEO_TS.BUP
VIDEO_TS/VIDEO_TS.IFO
VIDEO_TS/VIDEO_TS.VOB
VIDEO_TS/VTS_01_0.BUP
VIDEO_TS/VTS_01_0.IFO
VIDEO_TS/VTS_01_1.VOB
VIDEO_TS/VTS_01_2.VOB
VIDEO_TS/VTS_01_3.VOB
VIDEO_TS/VTS_01_4.VOB

can i just drag and drop the video_ts directory into the root directory and burn it to a dvd or is there something else I have to do? I'd really appreciate any help you all can give me as I know nothing about this stuff lol.

you need to use Nero (or a program like it) to burn the disc as a dvd-video. Just creating a video_ts directory has never worked for me. Another option (free) is to run them through dvd shrink and have shrink burn with dvd decrypter.
