I need a replacement card for my HTPC after my AGP card stopped working. I have since replace my AGP motherbard and put in place an PCI-e one. I've researched many cards and have pretty much come down to the three, as stated in the subject, mainly because of price, fanless, and ability to offload HD content computation from the CPU. So which is my best bang for the buck with the least amount of issues? I'll be displaying 720p/1080i resolutions.

My system specs are:
C2D E4500
2GB DDR
on board audio
40GB UDMA
