Well this may sound a bit noobish but can anyone explain to me how seeds help in a game download and what I should be looking at more: Down speed or Up speed?

seeds are people that have the full file leechers are the people that have some of the file the more seeders the better if u want the file to download quicker u want to be looking at download speed.
