I have bought Motorola i930 from friend of mine, this mobile was locked with NEXTEL (USA), I can not access it.

When I tried to switch on the mobile it gives me this message : 

Enter Special Code Now:
And I tried to use the mobile overseas. I tried two prepaid SIM cards, but in both cases I received the same message

By the way on the door's screen (because there are two screens) of the phone also it says : 

No Service

Subsidy : Lock On
