PAL2NTSC a lie?

Why is it that I can only find PAL images to backup my games?
I downloaded a "PAL2NTSC X-FIX" program, although it did nothing,
Is there any working PAL2NTSC programs?
although, i find myself using my ps2 more for homebrew than anything else these days...

speaking of is there a gba emulator for the ps2? i've done alot of searching and almost sure there isn't, however i thought i'd throw that in there rather than starting another thread

Not sure why your not having any success with PAL2NTSC. I've used this guide many times and have always had success. Though sometimes the screen is a little bit off center.

As for the GBA emulator for the PS2 this is what I found.
