i have tried all the speed's x1 x2 x2.4 x4 x6 x8 and it still gets stuck on loading screen i even tried rebuilding and still wont laod past it, new disks havent helped and they are good i dont understand why this is not working i have like 10 coasters out of 30 disks..
1. Use Verbatim, Taiyo Yuden, Sony or Maxell discs. +R for slim PS2s and -R for old fat PS2s.
2. Burn 8x discs at 4x and 16x at 8x. Having problems? Try a 16x disc if you've been using an 8x and vice versa, also try different brands of media and -R and +R.
3. Still having problems? Clean your laser.
4. Some modchips require a special boot sequence(eg holding 'select' or another button while booting) and there are different types of boot methods for Swap Magic, certain ganes require different than normal booting methods (eg cogswap, zoneloader etc)
5. There's really not alot of games that require rebuilding.
i have a fat ps2 x8 disks and i think there maxwell i also forgot to mention im using the memory card exploit and i use cogswap but i have but something else with cogswap i think its cdloader or sometyhing, the rebuild worked with a diffrent game GTA Liberty city stories, ive tried cleaning the laser
I didn't have any problems burning this game to Sony dvd r+ for my version 12 slim uing Swap Magic, I used ImgBurn to burn it, what software are you using? Like I said, worked flawlessly for me
i use dvd -r for my v1 (i think) i also use these dvd's from my local computer shop they have no name on them they are just plain white, i use alcohol 120% and i use the memeory card exploit, also i dont know if this helps but instead of using the trick to open the dvd drive , i have just taken apart my cover and the top case so i can take it off and swap instead,
