How do I back up God Of War 2's special features DVD?

I tried ripping an iso image through imageburn and alchol, but they both wont let me. Imageburn has this I/O error that says "Read of Scambled Sectors without authentication" and alcohol says something about the protection too...

Is it because of the protection? How do I overcome it? And why does ripping works with the game DVD but not the special features? Games DVD doesnt have copyright proection? I successfully ripped the game's DVD, which is 7.94gb before I tried it with the special features DVD without any problems...

Try DVD Decrypter, then if that doesnt' work I would look into getting AnyDVD.

How large is the game dvd? Even if you rip it, is it DVD9?

The game is indeed a DVD9 (dual layer DVD).

Special feature is a DVD video, so imagburn won't let me rip it... but I downloaded a different software, and I think it ripped it successfully (haven't burned it yet, only copied the entire disc to harddrive, but its playable in powerdvd, so should be fine?)
