I ended up having to download cygwin1.dll and cygz.dll now it gives me an error "0xc0000142". can anyone please help shine some light on this for me.

so i searched and found another cygwin1.dll of another size and tried it and it gave an error message of

"the procedure entry point_fdopen64 could not be located in the dynamic link library cygwin1.dll"

this .dll is about 1 MB the first was ~ .1 MB
