Will some1 answer my question? I've been searching forever and I would like to see if some1 will answer these questions: 1.)Can (and how) I get Jarachi in Pokemon Diamond? NOTE:DIAMOND. NOT PEARL!!! 2.)Can (and how) I get Celebi in Diamond? 3.)Even though my starter was a Piplup, can I still somehow get a Chimchar or Turtwig in my Diamond game? Please answer!!!

3. Yes. You can easily trade for a Chimchar or Turtwig in game using the Global Trading System. Or you can just go here:

...Can't you obtain all of them via AR? (Action Replay) Because both my friend and i have AR. But I REALLY dont like cheating, even though I already have Darkrai, Shaymin, and Arceus.:)

That is a DANG long code. I have a lot of AR codes, but a lot of them are glitches. I was doing one when my Empoleon suddenly turned into a Bad Egg. I reset the game. Anyway, I think I'll stick to the Wi-Fi. (Or GTS.)
