i got a psp mom trew on floor umb slot doesnt work, now i was used to using devhook , fast loader and other things that i can play a game without the real game BUT HERE IS THE PROBLEM: now my umd slot doesnot work and if i try to put in the things it says"disk could not be read" i tried it with many diferent disks and here the message remains same...now i was wondering if there was a way to use devhook/fastloader/anything that runs a .ISO/.CSO file without any umb inserted

You've never heard of custom firmware?! But, yea, upgrade to a custom firmware like 3.71 M33-4 (see stickied guides on here on how to do this), then use one of the No-UMD options to run your games (and you don't need any loaders (DevHook, fastloader etc.))

wow i cant find anything on download.qj.net they dont explain much, i was looking to find like a higher version then 3.71 mayb 3.8 or 3.9 with the no umd thingy

You need to edit your sig ASAP.
Dump the animated gif in the sig - one waaaay over the size limit of 5kb and language.
Read the sig rules for what is allowed & specs.
