Im fairly new to the production of computers but I was curious for everyones opinions.

What would you say is the cheapest computer that you can build that is exceptional with gaming. feel free to list a wish list using newegg.

It is a very good rig, but it is meant to be overclocked. You can increase cpu frequency to ~3 GHz or more if you are lucky

Not necessarily, that CPU is fine even without overclocking.
