I've got Nero 8 Ultra, and I bought the HD DVD plugin for authoring purposes. Everything was working fine until I updated Nero to the most recent version. Now, whenever I choose HD DVD or mini-HD DVD, no matter what file I add to the project the meter always reads "0"(zero). I can take these same files and add them to a regular DVD project and they show up as 2 gigs, 3 gigs, etc.
Has anyone else experienced this odd issue? I am contemplating contacting Nero support, but don't expect much help. I'll probably just uninstall the app, the reinstall and just not update. :(
Yeah, I just pretty much reinstalled it and have left it at that. This time around I did the Nero Cleaner app, cleared out everything. I may attempt the update at some point again, but not any time soon. I notice that a LOT of other Nero features crash after the update(stuff like video capture, etc). Really sucks, but then again when they don't actively tell you what the update adds/improves/fixes, it's hard to get a grip on why anyone should actually update. ;)
