My Zenium Ice chip gives me a red light ...what did i do to it ?

Hey yall so here i am in the xbox scene, so i bought a xenium ice chip with an xbox already installed and when i got crazey and pulled the chip off the board to see what im dealing with (mind you it worked fine when i got it lol) i pulled a little to hard on the D0 wire and pulled it off , so i soldered it back on and it just gives me a red lighton my external peice and on the chip,( it usualy starts runs all the colours RED,GREEN,YELLOW and BLUE then it stays BULE while oporating) so what should i do cause i heard of this FRAG thing they go through but im real stuck and XBMC is calling my name lol ....so thanks for any help
