Playing ISOs on PC monitor using Irshell?

Ive been trying to get my isos to play on a pc monitor using irshell, im on CFW 390 M33-2 w/150 plugin on the fat PSP.
When I try to install the patch in Irshell it gives me an error. I carried on anyway and ran remotejoy I think it was on my PC, then I chose toggle USB on my PSP and I get it to show IRshell on my pc monitor.
So now I think its working fine, I go to directory, ISO, and choose an ISO to run which Ive tested and know for sure it works. Now, if I choose Normal boot, I sometimes get an error or my psp just goes back to the XMB while remotejoy has frozen. The same happens if I choose run with devhook or devhook w/irshell.
Ive tried changing the kernal to 150 and 290 and still dont work. Ive got the UMD Mode set to Normal like the guide told me to and I have a UMD inserted.
Any help please? Thanks.
