please disregard the stupidity of my questions as i learn how to use this software, your help is appreciated. First, when i go to the video section of a site, there are images of the video files, when you click on one, quicktime opens in a new window and plays the video. when entering a link such as (the link has been changed becasue i am not familiar with the rules here yet) http://www.nik000000.com/members/video_detail.php?mgid=247&pg=1#
in streambox, it trys to download the page that the image is on instead of capturing the video itself. how do i fix this error.

You have to find out the actual URL of the stream, that is not it.
