Okay, just recently i would get on my computer(home built) and i tried to start up my Zune software. When i clicked on the desktop icon the loading hour glass would appear but nothing would happen. I uninstalled it and used the CD to install it again. still, hourglass and no program would pop up. I called the Zune help line and they made me do a clean boot in windows and uninstall everything zune. Still it didn't work. I called in again and they told me to visit a microsoft site that would update my computer. When i got to the site i got a message saying that i needed a version of Internet explorer 5 or above...i was usint IE 7. The Zune rep said that the computer wasn't registering the IE7 properly, so they told me to contact microsoft customer support. Upon being put on wait, a machine told me that these calls were not free and were being charged to my credit card. F*** that. I was wondering if anyone out there could help me at least rather than charging me for some info. Microsoft is really becomming a money whore lately.
