whats the best ps1 emulater for this cfw(3.90 m33)and what folder do i put the emu into

the best one to use is sonys own build it emu.

all you need to do is rip the psx games to iso or get a psx iso and then convert it to a eboot and then put it in game390 and boot it up.

here is a good tutorial on how to rip and convert psx games i use it myself all the time
