Ok I'm playing a game or watching a video right? And then it skips a few frames and then for a few about 30 seconds-1min it disappears and then it plays frame perfectly... Even though my brother has lower ram, and video then me his doesn't skip and plays perfectly...*bleep* *bleep*.

Here's my computer information...

Well Doing nothing it was a CPU Usage of 8% and Processes of 46.
No I don't download porn because last time it caused a virus lol it was kinda sad..
