hi i am only useing ipdat filter(its up to date)to keep me safe will this be ok. i have pg2 on pc but when i go to turn it on i get bsod.thanks

ipfilter.dat performs the same function as PG2.
It depends on what block lists are being used.
Most likely you are getting as much coverage as with PG2.

How do you update yours?
What is ”Torrent showing for the number of entries in ipfilter.dat?

If you are using blocklist manager I assume you are getting the correct list, so you are as safe as you would be with PG.
