im playing metal gear solid, i reach killed and sniper wolf II going to disc 2... i read alot about cwcheats but when i load my game, i hold select for 3++seconds but the cwcheat menu still wont come out..

im using f.w 3.80 m33-5
i gt my cwcheat from http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1050
i have my seplugins in my psp base folder j:/
