How to play Multi PS1 Discs on PSP

I have Fear Effect 2 and Final Fantasy 4

How do I play these games on my PSP or is there a way of converting them so they are all linked and in one file?

There are program out there is convert 4 disc eboot files into single eboots. however, i have not found one that is very reliable. at this point you should find out of the games ask you to save at the end of eahc disc. if they do, you can jsut save than quit, and than open the next eboot file and your game should carry on where you left off.
