NesterJ Emulator File Problem

I am trying to use NesterJ emulator, but I think i need a nesterj.cfg file.
Can somebody tell me what that is and how i can get it?

it's the config file that keeps a record of what settings you use and no - you don't need it.

Oh....one more question,..how do i get back to the rom selection menu, and how do i change the screen size to fullscreen?

tbh, i rarely use it myself - just try the different buttons and see where it gets you.
