VobSub v2.23 - Installation issue - vobsub.dll

I ran into a issue installing VobSub v2.23 on Win Vista Ultimate 64-bit. The vobsub.dll was being placed in "%SystemRoot%\SysWOW64" instead of "%SystemRoot%\System32". Copying the file across to the System32, seems to have corrected the issue.
