I opened a file and it s an MPC file, which file extension program will allow these types of files to be recorded? I used winrar and winzip

You can burn musepack (mpc) files to audio CD directly using Nero and mpc Nero plugin from http://neroplugins.cd-rw.org
or
get muspack winamp plugin for PC playback
or
use foobar2000 (native mpc support) for playback (+ decoding to .wav if necessary).
