You're probably thinking, 'Why only 99.98%?' This is because realistically, no one product alone could protect all 100% 24/7 as you will always get cookies,and MRUs,most recently used history,cache history (opened applications/data)and adware.My system can help reduce this,adware,spyware,trohans etc and the use for many antivirus software etc.I believe it necessary to have these though, if you constantly download software.
