im very very new to programing for the psp (never done it before) and i need some help and i cant seem to get cygwin to work it keeps saying either

ERROR:$setpspdev before continuing
..depends/check-pspdev.sh: failed.[code]
what do i do....

im tryin to program stuff for the psp but im an extreem noob at it

ok i finally got the set $pspdev error to go away but now when i run the ./toolchain command in cygwin it downloads the stuff it needs to but then it shows a bunch of files scrolling up the screen in the command prompt box but then it says ERROR CREATING BINUTILS and if anybody could help it would be very appreciated...please
