Hamachi for PSP?

Hopefully i am posting this in the right forum. Seems like a homebrew question to me. Anyway, I was curious to know if there is or ever will be any type of VPN software available for the psp? The app I have in mind is Hamachi. I use Hamachi all the time in combination with TightVNC for remote desktop use. For those of you who don't know what hamachi is, it basically allows you to mimic a LAN scenario over a WAN without having to go through all the trouble of setting up things manually. I can definitely say that doing it manually is a chore. Haven't been able to get any VNC software to work without Hamachi.
My goal here is to be able to use PSPvnc in an actual "remote" scenario. Right now I can only use it within my LAN. If a program like Hamachi could be installed on the PSP then I'm sure PSPvnc would work perfectly outside of my WAN.
Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Any homebrew developers looking at this that would know how to create a homebrew hamachi?

Nevermind. I'm beginning to think that PSPvnc won't connect to anything but a LAN. I tried it on my friends network. He has DDNS setup through DynDns.com. PSPvnc still would not allow me to connect. So then I punched in the same settings on my laptop and it worked perfectly. Has anyone actually had any luck connecting PSPvnc via a WAN?
