Hi, I have a problem. As the title said, whenever I press Enter, a pop will occur. I'm worried that my computer may be infected with keyloggers or virus. Please help.

hi,
you mean like a windows error message or a ad popup?
looks like you have avg antivirus and some norton/Symantec apps.
if you have two resident antivirus installed, not good. only one is needed. I would remove one via the add/remove programs panel.
give me some clues about the pop ups please.

sorry, it's an ad pop up.
about the two anti-virus, im using AVG and norton came with my system but i dont use it, should i still remove one?

hi,
yes i would uninstall one of the AV via add/remove programs panel. nothing glaring in the hjt log.
lets start with malwarebytes and see if it can dig up anything;
Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop:
http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe
* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* Be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform FULL SCAN, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location. The log can also be opened by going to Start > All Programs > Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware > Logs > log-date.txt
post the saved log in next reply.

hi,
logs look ok as far as malware goes. this pop up launching internet explorer? is it originating from the internet or from your computer if you can tell. the ad the same every time or different.
