IDE to sata convertors??

Hey guys,

Anyone know where to get decent Ide to sata converters in the UK?

I have a
ASUS P5L 1394 Socket 775, Intel? Pentium? Motherboard which is crap cos it only has ONE ide port and 4 sata ports.

I'm all for future technology but my two dvd drives and two hard drives are all IDE ports.

I tried putting a spare IDE PCI card in which works, but my older brother who is an IT technician tells me it slows the whole thing down since it is the last thing to be read compared to if my hard drives is connected to the motherboard directly.

Currently my 250gig hard drive is not connected (used for storage only) and i only rigged up one hard drive and one dvd writer to my pc.

Also I have a Antec P120 so i need loooong cables to connect it all up, it's a real mess in there with wires all over the place.
