just got my w810i today and it worked for like 2-3 min then i turned it off now when i turn on i keep getting a flashing white screen could someone tell me how i could fix this please really would be apreciated and thankfull

any help is apreciated

Take out the battery pack, place it back in and try charging it. Since it's new, I advise you to return your phone, or ask the person who sold you the phone what is happening. Charging your phone should work.
