I have just bought an unlocked iphone and am using my o2 sim card on it.

The firmware on it is 1.0.2 and i was hoping to put my own ringtones and software on it such as nes emulators etc

what firmware do i need to be on...is it 1.1.4

and also to do that what would i have to do from where i am now on 1.0.2.

I have seen the ziphone software around i was wondering would i use itunes to upgrade to 1.1.4 normally (which would lock the phone) and then use that software to unlock it so i can put my o2 sim back in. And then would i have to jailbreak it using that software so i can install all my emulators etc?
