it happens to every button that i push, Eg, nero WMP everything!!

Yeah, try to Right click on desktop. Select Properties>Appearance Tab>Effects Button. Make sure "Hide Underlined Letters for Keyboard Navigation until I press the alt key" is selected.

It's exactly like the lines you get from dragging on your Desktop. Nothing to worry about.
