Ok I REALLY dont think im being paranoid. Ive been a dedicated P2P user since WAY back. I have NEVER seen a download go in reverse. NEVER!!! I am getting a single damn song and I see the stream drop from 92.8 to 80.2 percent done. Im like what the hell was that so i turn on peer guardian. I see another dip and peer guardian at the same EXACT moment highlights Vodafone Interactive with this ip 212.183.134.65 Are they dropping slugs and somehow an angent for Comcast and conspiring to strangle my bandwidth (Which Is Illegal BTW) Am i paranoid? WTF?

This is something that I had not seen until a few weeks ago and now it is popping up pretty regularly, but only to a small group of people.

The first advice I saw was that it might be due to an indexing program (Roxio media manager, Google/MSN Desktop) making changes to the download file. But I have not seen any results on that.

That IP address is within the UK ISP Vodafone Limited's range and I believe they have a mobile service called Vodafone Interactive.
Whether there is a relation to your issue or not, I do not know.

Did the percentage start going up after you enabled PG or is it still doing the reverse thing?

Peer Guardian didnt effect it. It shifted before i turned it on.
