Is there a Popsloader for CFW 3.90 M33-2? When I went to PSPhacks.com I could only find one for 3.80 M33, Is that the latest and greatest, and will it work with 3.90 M33-2?
mitchjm2, I havent got my psp to any CFW yet (Waiting on my Datel Tool Battery) but I've been researching the heck out of this and I guess the only way to put PSX Games onto a PSP that has CFW 3.90 M33-2 is to use popsloader. This method seems to be widely used and respected by most psp modders, that I've talked to, I cant wait to start modding my PSP!
mitchjm2, Yeah me too, I only seek clarification, I was gonna say that I may stand corrected, I've done a little more digging tonight and I found an article here: http://www.psp-hacks.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=131558 it goes on saying "Popsloader is custom PRX plugin by Dark Alex created to simply increase the compatibility of PSX games on the PSP. In most cases Popsloader is not nessesary because most games are compatible with any firmware. This is usually only needed if the game has problems on a firmware such as lag, freezing, colors, etc." an interesting article, definitley a different point of view, from which I've been getting here at afterdawn, I was under the inpression that the only way to get PSX games to work on a PSP is to have popsloader, I guess I'm wrong. (and I would be talking specifically about CFW 3.90 M33-2)
