I've got the downloaded EBoot Files.
For RE2, it runs pretty smoothly with all the fmw prior to game start.
However the game just freeze & remain on the scene of the front game of Raccon Police Department.

Same for RE3, all the FMW loads smoothly.
I can even select New game under Easy or Hard mode.
However the game just freeze after these texts: This is my last escape.

Both files do not have the KEYS.bin files

Is the game file corrupted?
Other PSX game files like Dino Crisis & Chrono Cross runs smoothly on my fat PSP3.80 M33

Exactly the same problem here also .. i put them on our older model phat psp same 3.90m33 firmware and they play lovely . ive tried holding the right trigger when loading the game then a pops menu will appear i picked 3.10 and it loaded But again when playing the game it doesnt get past the police department doors. so we are playing res evil 2 on the old psp and res evil 3 on the slim

these problems has been addressed,,, try googling it,, i think there was a problem with the S/N used in ripping the game,, you have to re-rip it for it to work smoothly,,, i know i've read it somewhere i just dont have the time to search it for you,,, :) heehheheh goodluck,,,
