Im trying to back up my copy of wristcutters with dvdfabhd decrypter and it just wont read it. It is a perfect copy no scratches. It tries to read it and all i hear is some weird sound from my dvd burner and it never reads it.

Is dvdfabhd the right program? whats the deal with lionsgate films?

any help would be a appreciated.

You should be able to see the files in Explorer. Go to My Computer and click on that drive. If you can't see the files, you may have a bad disc.
Edit:
I just noticed the It is a perfect copy no scratches part. If this is not the original disc, then you don't have a perfect copy or your drive just can't read it maybe due to the media it's on.

AnyDVD/CloneDVD handled this one flawlessly. Lionsgate has been one of the more difficult studios to deal with in the past.

How does your drive handle other movies? Try another disk and see if it can read it. Your drive may be going south on you..
