PRO EVO 2008 User Registration Problems

Just trying to get registered on a online patched version of PES 2008. Gets past the DNAS but when I go to user registration it just says connection error?

Anybody else had probs with this, or know another way to register?

Think I had this problem with Pes 5, cant remember if I just rung konami directly?
