Does anyone know how to use this?

I burned it to a CD, and the PS2 would not run it using Swap Magic.

You need to make a ELF Launcher ISO and burn it onto a CD, once you do that you can boot the CD with Swap Magic. After booting the CD, make sure to put cogswap.elf onto a USB Flash Drive, insert it, and load it. Once you load it, insert the CD of what your burned the MC Killer ISO on, and boot that.
