When I take a speed test, i max out at 606 kbps. Whenever I download somthing, via torrent, server, NZB, anything I download about 90 kb/s. Shouldn't my speed be about 600 kb/s. I use Verizon DSL on a static IP if its any help. I tried hooking up my network setup without a router and with a router, it dosen't effect it. I think it is time to give Verizon a call but i wanted your opinions first.

You are, you've got kb's (kilobits) confused with kB (kilobytes). Your 90 kB's works out to 720 kb's, 8 kb's = 1 kB. ISp's advertise in kb"s because it sounds better.
