What does the AO patch unlock for Manhunt 2?

I am just wondering what the AO patch for Manhunt 2 unlocks. I didn't really care for the game, it was toned too much, and you could tell it wasn't being played to its full potential. I just rented it, because the only way I will fork out the cash for a game is if its under $10.00, or really, really good, and this game wasn't very good.

I was just wondering if anyone has used the patch and what it unlocked and stuff.
